All Happy Pink purchases are sent free of charge via Royal Mail.  We cannot be held responsible for items getting lost in the post, however we always obtain certificates of posting.  If you wish an item to be sent by recorded delivery we can offer this service at an additional cost.  Please contact us to arrange this.

In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with a return, replacement or refund.
